Our Role
Community Pathways UK is an information and signposting platform. We do not provide emergency intervention, case management, counselling or safeguarding investigations.
Reporting a Concern
Concerns about information or an organisation listed on Community Pathways UK can be reported to: CommunitypathwaysUK@outlook.com. Please provide only the information needed for us to understand the concern. Do not send unnecessary medical records, photographs or detailed personal information.
How Concerns are Handled
We will review concerns relating to listings and may correct, suspend or remove information where appropriate. Where information indicates a serious risk of harm, it may be shared with an appropriate safeguarding authority or emergency service when lawful and necessary.
Confidentiality
We handle safeguarding information carefully, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Information may need to be shared to help protect a child or adult at risk.
Service Providers
Organisations listed on Community Pathways UK remain responsible for their own safeguarding policies, staff, volunteers and service delivery. Inclusion does not represent safeguarding approval or accreditation.
